sanding only as a last resort. We can fix the most common floor
problems, including unsightly gaps, floor cleaning (with water or
solvent based cleaners as appropriate for your floor) application of
wood hardening or fungicidal compounds, curing of squeaking boards, and
patch repairs. We then will prime, and apply undercoat and top coat

require working from the backside of the stair. We can fix creaking
stairs, including repairs of weak joints between tread nosing and the
riser. In addition, we can repair and replace damaged steps on both
closed-stringer and open-stringer stairs. The ability to replace treads
depends on your stair assembly, which may employ tongued-and-grooved or
butt-jointed and nailed techniques. Custom quotes will be required, and
larger jobs will be directed to independent builders or carpenters. We
also can lightly sand and restore the previously beautiful finish of
