	Paper Solutions for Beautiful Designs Decoupage has been a part of home decoration for centuries, and is still popular today. While craftsman most commonly use wallpaper (or wallpaper cutouts), Urban revivals can use traced designs, and even use designs from gift paper, or color and black-and-white reproductions from magazines or books. Papers are applied with wallpaper paste and additional bonding agents which help flatten the papers for best appearance and adhesion.
