Preparation. Before starting your job, we will discuss your expectations, and
what theme you are seeking in your room or whole home. We will always focus on
maintaining as much of any original structure as possible, so as to preserve its
historical accuracy (including colors and paint types). You will also be
provided with mock-ups of your job, to include paint color samples, examples of
glazing, or layouts of your ceiling wallpaper or three-part wallpaper designs.
Safety First. Urban Revivals will use plenty of drop cloths to protect your
home furnishings and protect from spray drops. Our staff will require
ventilation to the rooms; we may request your assistance to assure that air is
flowing, and that no flames are nearby. Please be aware that we may be using
substances requiring goggles, dust masks, rubber gloves, or special respiratory
masks. You should take care to observe our safety recommendations, and also keep
children and pets from the area.
