Upgrade Your Cornices and other Ceiling Ornament

From the 18th century into the early 1900s, no ceiling would have been thought complete without a decorative plaster or wooden cornice. Urban Revivals can install cornices in plain runs, as well as enriched plaster moldings. In most cases, we contain costs by installing wood moldings, thereby building up to a more decorative cornice solutions (as opposed to creating a running mold, creating the cornice, and bonding it into place). We also make frequent use of today's newer (but old-looking) fibrous plaster cornices, which come in numerous highly decorative patterns and styles.

We stain, gold, and apply a variety of colors or faux finishes, as an additional service.
